Google Workspace Data (only when you authorize):

• Google Sheets: Content of spreadsheets you explicitly connect — used to import/export contact lists and lead data
• Google Contacts: Contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses — used to sync contacts for WhatsApp outreach
• Google Calendar: Calendar events you create or authorize us to create — used for follow-up scheduling and team coordination

WhatsApp & Communication Data:

• Message content, templates, and campaign configurations
• Contact phone numbers you upload or import for messaging
• Message delivery and read receipt metadata

Usage & Technical Data:

3How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve our services. Specifically:

• To authenticate you and maintain your account securely
• To provide WhatsApp Business API messaging and automation features
• To sync your Google Sheets, Contacts, and Calendar data as authorized by you

4Google OAuth & Third-Party Access

TechMaarkai integrates with Google services through OAuth 2.0 to enable the following features when you choose to connect them:

• Google Sign-In: Securely authenticate without storing your Google password. We access your name, email, and profile photo.
• Google Sheets API: Read from and write to spreadsheets you select, to sync contact lists, lead data, and campaign results.
• Google Contacts API: Read your contact list to import phone numbers and names for WhatsApp outreach campaigns.
• Google Calendar API: Create and read calendar events to schedule follow-ups, demos, and team tasks.

You may revoke these permissions at any time via your Google Account Permissions page. Revoking access will disable the related integration features in our platform.

We request only the minimum permissions (scopes) necessary for each feature. We do not access your Google data beyond what is needed to deliver the functionality you have enabled.

5Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or Google user data to third parties. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors who help operate our platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery), under strict confidentiality agreements
• WhatsApp / Meta: Message content is transmitted through the official WhatsApp Business API and is subject to Meta's data policies
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority
• Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you
• Your Consent: Any other sharing only with your explicit consent

6Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law:

• Account data is retained while your account is active
• Message logs and campaign data are retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes
• Google Workspace data (Sheets, Contacts, Calendar) is processed in real-time and not stored beyond what is necessary for the sync feature
• Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required

7Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
